Are you referring to the Welcome kit ? What certificate are you
referring to ? Is that the Transcript ? You can login to the MS MCP site at : <https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/default.aspx> Cerebrus |

THE certificate is sent along with the Welcome kit, if this exam does
in fact entitle you for a certificate. (MCP / MCAD / MCSD etc.) You need to specifically submit a REQUEST for the kit, at the MCP site. Choose Program benefits in the Left menu and then choose the Member Kit link. On this page, it will show you if you have any Member kit due, and if so, you can submit a request for it. If you have already done the above, you can then email your regional Service center. See this page for details ... <http://www.microsoft.com/learning/support/worldsites.asp> HTH, Regards, Cerebrus. Cerebrus is talking about the MCP member site:
1. Go to https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/default.aspx 2. log in (with your MCP ID and associated passport) 3. Choose program benefits from left nav 4. Choose member Kit 5. from there, you should be able to request a member kit or certificate if you are eligible for one. 6. if you still have questions, please contact the RSC that Cerebrus referenced earlier.
