It's not a matter of number of systems behind the router but more how much
data (packets per second) you are passing through the router. If a 1721 is
feeding a 10MB to a T1 or 2 T1's you probably won't have an issue. If you
are looking for 10MB to 10MB or higher you need higher end routers.
