Hi all

i have 3640 Router with 1FE and 2WAN
2 WAN is fully loaded with traffic

i have 1FE connected to 3548XL switch

and out DNS Server is connected to 3548 XL Switch too
and i have another department connected to 3548XL Switch
but he is not in the pool of DNS Server

when he try to Ping to DNS Server
he get lot of request time out almost all evey 10 request

what could be the problem

even he try to ping 3640 Ethernet
same status

any help will be great
