I work in a small software house.

We do all the programming in Delphi.

Now there is a small programming work to do for a skilled C++
programmer.

He will need a few hours to accomplish the task.

He/she needs to compile some C++ code that was natively written for
LInux (we were told that any compiler that hadles templates will do
the job) and make a DLL that we can use from Delphi.

Besides, while the current code reads input from a file, it is
requested to trasnform the code so that the input be read from a
memory buffer (so that Delphi can provide it).
