Hi. What is the best way to learn C++? None of the local schools near
me teach any courses on the topic. Thanks.

Reading books.
You won't find anything good enough in the internet except the ebooks
Try "Thinking in C++" by Bruce Eckel (http://mindview.net/Books)

By getting an up to date C++ introductory book.
