Microsoft Certification - MOC 2310 Cd Rom

Desperately trying to find the labfiles, exercises and democode from
MSDNTrain 2310 CD-ROM (Developing Microsoft ASP.NET Web Applications using
Visual Studio.NET).
Can anybody help? Seemed to have misplaced my original CD... not very
good considering that I'm writing the 70-315 exam in 10days time...
