Default Microsoft Certifications

Hi All,

I don't know much about the availabilty and usefulness of Microsoft
certifications. One of my team members is working on ASP .NET, C#, SQL Server
and microsoft technologies. He is asking for my suggestions like what
certifications he should consider and what is the value in them in terms of
getting better jobs.

I would appreciate some comments on this. You can directly mail to me at
too.

Thanks,
Nirakar

consider two applicants with same work experience, qualification and
knowledge on the procuct but the other one has a certification, then
for sure this will be an added advantage for him in getting the job
