video and visualization window not showing when minimized

My video and visualization window does not come up when I minimize my windows
media player to my toolbar. This is new computer and I haven't been able to
access this feature at all. I own an older computer at home and I am able to
access the video and visualization window just fine from it. I'm running
Windows Media Player 10 version 10.00.00.3646. My system is Microsoft Windows
XP Home Edition version 2002 service pack 2. Please help. Thank you.
