Skill Assessment web site error

I was trying to take skill assessment exam for SQL Server 2000 from last
three days and as I click the link "Microsoft SQL Server 2000" on this page
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/as...#server_system
After .NET passport sign-in I was forwarded to a page to a error page:

http://s.microsoft.com/learning/Erro...orKey=MSIError

with the following error:

"There was an error while registering you as a Learner. Please try after
some time."

Any help, from where I can take skill assessment for MS 70-229 exam.
