Default Is there any provisions for leaning difficulties in the mcse exams

Hi im about to sign up for the the 4 exams to do my mcdba then the 4 extra to
do the mcse. I’ve been on the courses for these however I’m concerned about
the time limit in the exam. I’m stalemated as severely dyslexic and my
reading is about half the speed as most people. In the practice tests ive
taken im getting a passing result but cant get anywhere near the time
restrictions.
Do any of the Microsoft courses have any previsions either extra time or the
questions read to you for people with leaning difficulties.
Many thanks
Ross
