It all depends on how much time you have really. I only have an MCP in
windows 2000 and i went on a course which was all about administration and configuration of windows 2000. I then sat the exam. I am currently studying for an MCSA/MCSA in windows 2003. I am using the Microsoft books http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...139834-5305432 when you get these books you get a 180 day trial of server 2003. I would advise you to install it and "play" and get a feel for it. and go.
