Find Lost MCSE Number?

Hey folks,
My wife calls me "location challenged". Truth is, i just can't find stuff
after i put stuff down.

What i'm looking for now is my MCSE 2k number. I know its on that frig'n
card but how or who do you contact for a replacement?

Help is greatly appreciated.
