Default Error when requesting certificate from W2K Pro machine

Hello:

I have deployed a stand alone root CA to issue certificates running on
Windows 2003. If I request a certificate with a Windows 2000 Professional
computer using the IIS forms I get the following error:

I have tried looking this up on TechNet but can find anything on it. Does
anyone have any ideas.
