CD that comes with Step by Step 2002 ISBN 0-7356-1299-4

The CD that came with this book has problems. Some of the
practice files were not there.

These folders for the following practice files were empty:

SBS\Access\CreateDB\CreatingDB
the CreatingDB folder is empty

SBS\Access\Accurate\Datatype
the Datatype folder is empty

Has any one else had this problem? How do I report it?
How to I get a fix?
