intermediate scripting training

I've written a couple of websites to display tables of
data from SQL Server. So i've had to use some client- and
server(ASP)-side scripting. I'm interested in getting some
training to improve my scripting and generally broaden my
knowledge so I can create more sophisticated websites.

I've been looking at both e-learning and classroom
training but I'm not really sure exactly what I'm looking
for. I've found plenty of introductory courses and lots of
exam prep ones but not much in between.

Any suggestions for courses or areas i should be looking
at?
