System Recovery

Windows will not start it says a file is corrupted and it gives me the file which is corrupted then says to run the repair option in windows setup. After going into the ASR (automated system recovery) it then goes into a dos format and asks "which windows instalation would you like to log into?" i think my only option is to type "1" then press enter then i need to type in a command. What Command would i type to initialize the system recovery
