ok iv been doing some reading and after getting a head ack im starting
starting to understand whats going on. However im wondering could some one
tell me how you apply values to this plz ?

so say i created

const char *cost *argv

how would one go about giving it some values ?
it can't be done after decleration can it ? because it is a const ?

any help will be grate. thanks in adv.
