Anybody here ever had trouble getting a contract because of "lack of performance"? Check out http://www.Outsource2.com. They are like a credit bureau but they keep track of performance-related information - delivery dates, completion under budget etc. it's a good way to hold suppliers accountable as well. If they know you are going to report on them, they will figure out a way to deliver the product right, on time and under budget. A lot of government agencies are already using the service. We signed up today!
