Changing DVD+ to DVD-

I heard that a DVD+ can be changed using software to a DVD-.
Can anyone give a quick tutorial on how to do this. I have a sleeve of 100
DVD+ but my player only uses DVD-.

DVD +R can be changed into DVD ROM with "bitsetting".

Copy the disc, and when it asks for a blank disc, insert a DVD-R/W

Not as such.

You can change the "book type" when you record a DVD+R/RW so that it is
"DVD-ROM" instead, which will make some (but not all) programs think it
is not a recordable disk.
