Picture DVD scripting

Did you ever make a picture-DVD with i.e. Nero? Hours of typing (and
retyping) 'Titles', selecting pictures.... and why?!
Normally you already have your pictures nicely in a folder-structure on
your harddisk:
folder: 'Hollidays', subfolders '050101 New year', '050704 4th of
july', .... and have all the pictures in the corresponding folder.
If I want to make my DVD, nothing would be easyer then having a copy of
the hardisk Folders and Files on the DVD, re-using the structure &
names of the folders as titles in the menu.
One launch of the script would then create or update the DVD-project.

Is there anyone who knows of a product/way that to achief this?

I hope so...
