The disc I received today from BB had an actual postage stamp on the
envelope. There was also a stamp on the return envelope! What's up with that? Why the change from the pre printed postal permit? It's certainly not the way to keep costs down! Joe Kaffe |

There's no way for me to tell if it was sent from an actual store in my city, but the return envelope is going to the same old PO box (in my city) as all rentals previous returned. |

That sounds like stolen stamps; better report this to the police. |

I'll save you the trouble of calling me a troll. There, I used the word for you and you dont have to repeat it. Now go to http://www.usps.com/communications/news/stamps/2006/39 to find out about the price increase. Uncle Sam wants ALL your money, plus your first born son, your dick, and both of your balls. Don't worry, he wont stop there. He'll soon want more body parts, but for now, we have proof that Uncle Sam is a gay child molester. |

All those people who bought sheets thinking they would make a fortune are finding out that most modern stamps do not go up in value in mint form. ================================= |

Several reasons: 1) Collectors buy rolls of flag stamps to find the plate number coil in a strip of 5 and sell the rest off at at discount. 2) Mom and Pop have been buying mint commemoratives for decades and finally found out they are not going up in value - hence they sell them cheap. =============================== |
