Default Blockbuster using stamps?

The disc I received today from BB had an actual postage stamp on the
envelope. There was also a stamp on the return envelope! What's up with
that? Why the change from the pre printed postal permit? It's certainly not
the way to keep costs down!

Perhaps they were able to buy a large quantity of stamps at a discount off
face value from a company that was going out of business.

Because it was sent from (and will be returned to) an actual Blockbuster
store, not from one of the online distribution centers.

There's no way for me to tell if it was sent from an actual store in my
city, but the return envelope is going to the same old PO box (in my city)
as all rentals previous returned.

That sounds like stolen stamps; better report this to the police.

Imagine that ........
It could be because on Jan 8, the price of stamps increases to 39
cents.

I'll save you the trouble of calling me a troll. There, I used the
word for you and you dont have to repeat it.

Now go to http://www.usps.com/communications/news/stamps/2006/39
to find out about the price increase.

Uncle Sam wants ALL your money, plus your first born son, your dick,
and both of your balls. Don't worry, he wont stop there. He'll soon
want more body parts, but for now, we have proof that Uncle Sam is a
gay child molester.

What do you suppose smartass will do when Uncle Sam demands his dick and
balls. Better move to Canada

=============================
Actually, stamps can be purchased from many sources for about 85% of face
value.
All those people who bought sheets thinking they would make a fortune are
finding out that
most modern stamps do not go up in value in mint form.

===================================
Look in any stamp magazine and you can find many ads for postage at less
than face value.
Several reasons:
1) Collectors buy rolls of flag stamps to find the plate number coil in a
strip of 5 and sell the
rest off at at discount.
2) Mom and Pop have been buying mint commemoratives for decades and
finally found
out they are not going up in value - hence they sell them cheap.

Name three of those "many" sources, please.
