prventing proxy exam writng

Microsoft exams have been written wroldwide. Has
Microsoft given any identity card with photograph for
those who writes exams. I heard that lot of people are
getting the cerifications easily without writing exams
themselves. They arrange somebody who is well versed in
particular exams to write on their behalf and getting
their certificates easily. Can microsfot take necessary
steps to prevent this by providing Sylven prometric
identity card with photograph at any cost.

VUE center in my town makes me show 2 forms of picture
ID. but in most third world countires you can easily have
someone else take your exam if you bribe the testing
administrator which usually costs less then $10 US.

Corruption, sometimes its good, other times its bad.

Both Prometric and Vue have guidelines that detail how they are supposed to
identify candidates...as mentioned, you are required to show proof of
identity one of which being a valid picture ID.

I don't think MS testing is the only place where people severely "bend" or
break the rules or requirements. Scandals around college boards, Sat test,
entrance exams, drug tests, even drivers tests are frequent and increasing.

Kind of makes you wonder about global outsourcing for knowledge
workers...huh? When was the last time you got the correct answer, the first
time when calling any help desk? Lately, even phone information is
frequently wrong for some reason.
