I've got a MCP in October, I work in the national telephone company in
Italy, I told about my Certificate to my big boss, but he said that it isn't interesting for the company's core business. Now I'm a little sad, because I've done many efforts to reach the certification but it doesn't result interesting to my boss, so I have to watch around in order to find something related to the certificate. Could anyone give me some advises? regards Alex hd |

I would ask your boss what they suggest and go from there.

Yes. Next time, find out if your boss will care about certs before you put in any time or effort. >-----Original Message----- >I've got a MCP in October, I work in the national telephone company in >Italy, I told about my Certificate to my big boss, but he said that it isn't >interesting for the company's core business. I also live and work in Italy and gave the MCP exam one
year ago. But one exam is not enough to change things. Go on with other exams as well and things will improve for you. It will be easier then to get a new job, if you are not satisfied with your old one. Maybe your boss (in TIM) does not know much about the certifications. Nel frattempo puoi guardare le offerte di lavoro in giro. Ciao. >-----Original Message----- >I've got a MCP in October, I work in the national telephone company in >Italy, I told about my Certificate to my big boss, but he said that it isn't >interesting for the company's core business.
