Default Any DVD Player that can override User Prohibitions?

Is there any DVD player that can be made to override User Prohibitions,
without any hacking, copying, computers, etc.,?

The worst User Prohibition'd DVD i've come across is one of the
Santo Muenstros dvds with 7 or 8 minute or so of spanish language
ads force-played when the disc is inserted: all fast fastforwarding
is User Prohibition'd as well as skip, stop, pause, menu, top menu,
backward, etc. Only when, eventually, getting to the menu can the
subtitles be turned on for the movie.

For all drives, AnyDVD works in background and strips undesirable crap
off the stream before it reaches your player.
