Oh something I forgot to ask. Does the actual form your supposed to fill out
have any sort of contact email or phone # on it? If so might want to contact
them as there are a few typo's at the link you posted, like requiring it be
postmarked by 1/31/05 LOL. Better safe than sorry if any way you can check
before sending in disc's

Just send the stupid ****ers one of those SONY CDs with
the DRM virus which I presume is in a jewel case; idiots
probably wouldn't even notice the difference given how they
****ed-up the DVD Stargate release in the first place.

Is this replacement stated on the Sony/MGM page at all? I couldnt seem to
find it but would feel better about sending my disc if the info was stated
on an 'official' page.
