Default Computer video player that allows screenshots?

Does any one know a free computer video and audio player that allows
screenshots, or the keyboard's printscreen function while watching dvd's.
Is there another way to take screen shots while watching dvds.

What are you using on computer to play back DVD's? Most apps like PowerDVD
and WinDVD have screenshot ability and windvd will even let you make mini
video captures

Nero 6 came with my DVD burner so it was free for me. :^) You might see
if there's some downloadable trial version or something just for
playing videos.

The only glitch I found is that the screen capture only works if you
use the frame forward. Pause doesn't cut it and the capture option is
greyed out.
