Sorry. 1/12 isn't shorter than 1/15 of a second which is the
normal "refresh rate" of the human brain (a fact discovered
by Thomas edison when he invented silent films). This by the way
is why all "silent movies" were shot at 16 frames per second,
doncha know... they were only bumped up to 24 frames per
second (the current speed) when talkies came in, to keep the
SOUND TRACK from warbling.
