I've received my MCSE from an IT training company that I
was affiliated with. I've since changed jobs and I need
to change the affiliation to my new employer so they can
be a Microsoft Partner as well.

Where do I go to change this information?

Again! With this same question? Go to the secure MCP site. As an MCSE I
would guess you know where it is and can navigate the necessary screens to
find the relevant information.
