I have a problem with my dvd burner that has been working well for several
months, all of a sudden it wont accept my discs either to burn or erase, I
just get the message, 'please insert disc'. I have tried with other
burners, changed my discs and even Restored my system to a much earlier
date to no avail. Bearing in mind that I am a NOVICE to computing, can
anyone out there give me a clue to what I am doing wrong. Mike

Hi mike

Check and see if your computer is recognizing the drive (Hardware> Device
Manager). Check for yellow question marks.
