Training partnerships

I found my way, a while back, to part of the MS site that
dealt with training for employees of companies who sell
their products. Upon completion one would recieve a popup
completion certificate and also rewards points. The points
could be redeemed for various MS products. I mentioned
this to my boss, and our corporation does take part in
this, I was wondering if anyone knew the link to that site
(I cannot find it anywhere). He has become quite
interested in it. (FYI I work for Target Corporation). I
need to find link to pass along.
