Burning a file backup -R DVD what settings do i use ?

Iam using Nero 6.6. Their a are few options in that settings
DVD-Rom(ISO) and DVD-Rom(UDF) and finaly DVD-Rom(UDF/ISO). Which one
do i use, i would like one thats most compatible if i ever have to
take my disc to another pc.


I know i should make it multisession so i can add to it. i have about
1.3 gigs i wish to backup and add to it when i need to.
