Nero's Pal conversion flawed?
Most of the Divx avi files I come across seem
to be Pal. They have 25fps rates. When converted to NTSC DVD, they have motion problems. Is there some other program that could be used before Nero to do the initial conversion that can eliminate what appears to be frame rate conversion related motion problems? RichA |
