Nero hanging on chapter insertions

Put in three chapters manually, no problem.
Add a fourth, it locks up. With two separate
systems. I can't figure it out.

Why not call Nero support? They will surely help?

That's a good one.
Speaking to an overseas tech support person who has never personally used the
product or even had a personal computer should be good for a few hours of
laughs. Try not to let them have you reformat your hard drive if you can
help it.
