and lots of movies that aren't on DVD... or never will be.

What difference does it make if I copy it myself or have someone else
(more experienced), copy it for me.

But how many people actually own the DVDs they buy pirated copies of?
Probably very few. But, if what you're describing
is the case, then there is probably nothing wrong with it.

Does it matter? HBO is releasing DEADWOOD on DVD on Feb 8th.
