Default Netflix Ripped Me Off


They suck ass balls.

Cancelled my account to join Blockbuster.com

They now are trying to claim the 2 most recent return I made were never received.

Bunch of right cunts over there at Netflix

In one case I am aware of, it was not Netflex at all. There is some
evidence that post office employees may be taking the discs.

While it is always possible that a few postal employees may be taking discs
(there bound to be a few out of over 700,000 employess) there are also
almost certainly members who keep the discs & "blame the post office". The
vast majority of these missing discs is due to accidental damage by the
sorting machinery or have fallen out of the envelopes. In our postal
facility alone we handle between 30,000 & 40,000 pieces of Netflix per day.
The #1 cause of disc damage is from envelopes with more than one disc in
them which causes them to jam in the sorting machines. We also get unsealed
(and many time empty) envelopes. Any loose & damaged discs or empty
envelopes are returned to Netflix, however I am not familiar with how they
handle these items.

I've heard this many times before. I'm sure thousands of postal
workers are jeopardizing their jobs by stealing Netflix DVD's.

I can picture it now when one of them gets home: "Oh look honey, one
of your favorite films, L'Auberge Espagnole."

I have 3 DVD slots, which means 3 outstanding DVDs. If you get a damaged DVD
and report it, they seem to put that one slot in limbo. I had my 3rd DVD
sitting in the penalty box for 5 days before they acknowledged they got it
in. This is the second time this happened in 6 months.
