MOUS Certification

I would like to become MOUS certified. I work extensively
with Access 2000 and Excel 2000. I was told there is a
book you can buy through Microsoft that would enable you
to study for the exams. I looked at the Microsoft website
but couldn't find much info on where you take training and
where you take the exam.

I am not a techie or anything but just want to have the
certification since I use these programs on my job and
would like to be promoted.

Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome.

if you're after books for self study, (I'm not on a
commission - I use these myself and they beat he Dummies
books hands down)I'd highly recommend the Microsoft Press
books, which can be found at

www.compman.co.uk

this is by far the cheapest supplier I've found on the web
for these books - bought a couple for my girl recently )

Or try Sybex - I am preparing for Offixe XP version of MOS
and find their book very good:

I believe they do Office 2000 version as well. Search on
their website for the ISBN number and then with the ISBN
number - head for Amazon.
