Because he "doubts the authenticity" of the global warming crisis. That's like
denying that Holocaust happened.

Is it on DVD yet?
Or are we already talking about "The Day After Tomorrow"
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...stagecollectib

Which may bring this back on topic.

It was about as realistic as the Kyoto nut's prognostications.

Someone should tie him to a chair - preferably an electric one - and
force him to watch the documentary on the Day After Tomorrow DVD over
and over again until it sinks in.

On second thoughts, that probably wouldn't do any good because it's got
lots of big words in it.

I'm no fan of Kerry particularly, but it beggars belief that anyone is
seriously thinking of voting to give Bush a second term.

Thankfully, our President doesn't easily buy into the bad science that
plagues "Day After Tomorrow".

yes, because it's science fiction that the U.S. contributes about
twenty-percent of the world's greenhouse gases and that carbon dioxide
concentrations in the ozone layer have increased about thirty-percent since the
Industrial Revolution.

Are you people as illiterate as our coke-snorting President by default?

The LAST thing I want to hear from Bush supporters is about the integrity of
his intelligence gathering.

Big deal. Senate shot it down 97-0 in 1997. That means not a single
Democrat voted for it. Why should he sign something that has no hope
of passing?

In Kyoto, a leading Democratic member of the observer delegation
agreed that the treaty was not acceptable to the Senate in its current
form. "What we have here is not ratifiable in the Senate in my
judgment," Sen. John F. Kerry (D-Mass.) said. - Washington Post Dec
11, 1997. Guess he flip flopped again.

He doesn't buy into any science.

See stem-cell research.

Well, this global warming might help us escape the new ice age which was
the phony baloney junk science being peddled to us by "scientists" just
30 years ago as being the result of America "not respecting the Earth".
It was bullshit then and it's bullshit now.

Denying Global Warming is like denying the holocost huh? So, how many
Meteorologists have you heard talk about Global Warming? I've heard 3
local Meteorologists talk about Global Warming here.

What they said was basically a more detailed version of this:

http://www.transtronics.com/reference/globalwarming.htm

Even if it were true, I'd be ****ed at W if he were to sign Kyoto. A
treaty that put most of it's enviromental shackels on us and left the
biggest ****ing polluter in the world, China, pretty much alone.

As a matter of fact most of these "Eco Warriors" avoid China even though
thier rivers are practically black sludge and thier air polution is
aobut the worst anywhere.

I suspect they protest America instead of China because it's safe, hip
and cool and they can feel like they actually have done something before
they turn to more fun pursuits like screwing Goth chicks(can't blame
them there, most Goth chicks are an 8 ticket ride), listening to Phish
and getting shitfaced.
