i want to know stuff that u guys know. how do u know all
these things. i just like to know facts and shortcuts of
microsoft and the computer. please reply to

Study, study, study! Also practice, practice, practice,
practice. No magic shortcuts available. Go to a big
bookstore or computer store, buy a book or two (around
$50US each, usually), read and practice. Take courses if
that works better for you - costs more money, of course.

Start by learning how to write properly. Why should anyone care what you
say if you don't bother to say it correctly? If you are not capable of
forming a simple statement you will have a hard time understanding technical
documentation. Want fries with that?
