Lucas commentary sleep inducing?

So I went straight to the commentary track last night and ended up
falling asleep right around the scene with Jabba... Man... Lucas just
drones, doesn't he? Also, perhaps I was just sleep addled, but isn't
he explaining things multiple times? I could have swore I heard him
explaining why Luke and Leia were so young a couple of times.
