Hello, hopefully someone can help me out.
I just got a Philips DVP642/37 and am having problems playing some DVD-Rs on it. I have several DVD-R disks (Ridata), encoded with DVD Shrink 3.2. Some of them play perfectly on the Philips, but some will freeze after about an hour or so. I've had weird problems such as a DVD freezing in the same spot, then I try it later and it works in that spot but freezes in a different spot. When I play it on the PC it works perfectly. The DVD-Rs are brand new but I've tried cleaning them anyway and they still have that problem. They don't have labels so that wouldn't be the problem. Anyone have similar problem, or suggestion? Thanks! Glenn Kurtzrock |
