Several announcements have come in from Buena Vista.
On October 5th Buena Vista will release two variations of Aladdin (Special Edition) There will be one version listed as a gift set. Both will feature Dolby 5.1 audio and anamorphic 1.66:1 video. The special edition will list for $29.99 while the gift set will go for $49.99. On November 23rd Buena Vista has a pair of televsion series sets: Golden Girls: The Complete 1st Season Lizzie McGuire: Volume One Both have a retail price of $49.99. December 7th brings from Buena Vista: That's So Raven: Supernaturally Stylish Power Rangers DinoThunder #4: Collision Course Power Rangers DinoThunder #5: Triassic Triumph Kim Possible: The Villain Files Gargoyles: Season 1 ($29.99) Each is $19.99 except where noted. December 14th brings from Buena Vista a special 40th anniversary edition of Mary Poppins. This edition will have Dolbyy 5.1 audio and anamorphic 1.66:1 video and retail for $29.99. Mulan follows on February 1st. It looks like the up coming release of King Arthur has a bit of twist when released by Buena Vista on December 21st. The theatrical rated PG-13 is listed as full screen P&S while the R-Rated edition is widescreen. MGM Home Entertainment have announced the release of Wild At Heart for December 7th, the list price will be $19.98. This release features a new audio transfer and Dolby 5.1 audio. the extras are listed as: 2.35:1 Anamorphic Widescreen English 5.1 and Stereo Surround Spanish Mono English, French and Spanish subtitles Dell's Lunch Counter - Interactive menu, including all-new extended interviews with Nicolas Cage, Laura Dern, David Lynch, Willem Dafoe, Diane Ladd and Sheryl Lee. The technical specifications include anamorphic video and Dolby 5.1 audio, listing for $25.98 for either variation.
