i never said he dodged the draft. i said "assuming he was a.w.o.l.". i
don't think he was a.w.o.l. but even if he was a.w.o.l. he wasn't in
paris conspiring with the communist north vietnamese.

Where will they get the troops if they don't do anything at all? I'm
willing to bet that not too many people are joining the Guard these days.
