Anyone who has an account with CD Japan having problems changing orders or
simply accessing their account through the website lately? I've had an
outstanding order that's gone almost 2 months unfulfilled and have received
a couple e-mails indicating one of the dvds was temporarily out of stock but
when I went in to try and "split" the order so that the other dvds could
ship, I couldn't get in to my customer account. The site itself also seems
a bit "buggy" (I can place and order including logging in, but I can't
access my account to change info) and I've tried it on several different pcs
at home and work with the same results as far as being unable to access my
account. I've e-mailed them about my problem but haven't received a reply.
I've used this place for several years with absolutely no problems and I'm
hoping this will get resolved quickly.
