assistance needed with SAM

In attempting to utilize SAM(skills assessment manager)
I am unable to take the exams with windows xp
professional but I can on windows xp home. In trying to
launch an exam i get an error box stating:
"cannot find file C:\documents and settings\Michael\local
settings\temporary internet
files\content.IES\cvp3IANX\content_interface(1).si f"
The professor is stumped. Does anyone know what's wrong
and how to fix it, so I can use my ADVANCED SYSTEM?
