is a digital filter necessary?
Hello! i am implementing a code to read the signal of an optical
decoder joint to a motor . I don't know if before the codification of the position it is necessary to filter the signals from the encoder... does somebody know it? thanks in advance bye nesppi@gmail.com |

It depends on how "dirty" the signals are, so from your particular
environment/layout/shielding! I would say: some simple filters won't hurt in any case... reto.knaak@agie.ch |
