Well, Buena Vista has made yet another announcement of a release date for
the special edition of Ed Wood. Postponed, cancelled, partially released
this time the date has been given as October 19th. The technical
specifications are the same as the last incarnation, anamorphic video and
Dolby 5.1, the same extras and even the same UPC is apparently being used.
Three notable films by director Takashi Miike, The Black Society Trilogy,
are being released on August 31st by Rykodisc.

All are to have Dolby stereo audio and anamorphic video. Each will list for
$24.95.
