why can't dddvd deliver?

Say you ordered the same title from both deepdiscountdvd.com and dvdsoon.com,
say you lived in Illinois, and say you received the email notifications
from both companies on Monday that your item shipped that day.
You would probably get your dvd from dvdsoon on thursday or Friday
the latest, but you wouldn't get your dvd from dddvd till mid-late next
week, even dddvd is in Illinois and dvdsoon is in Canada!
What's wrong with dddvd? Why can't they deliver?
