What does this mean mpeg stream contained no scan information (user) data ???

I get it when i try to burn a Mpeg which i made my splitting a divx
avi ? need to split it to make the 2 parts for the SVCD, i converted
them to SVCD with Tempenc and cut the Avi with VirtualDub

The files play fine BUT if i try to fastforward and rewind the sound
gos BYE BYE ???? can this be whats causeing it and how do i fix it ?
