There is no way to do it in standard C++, the subject of
this newsgroup. Please post to a VC++ newsgroup, e.g.
microsoft.public.vc.language or to a Windows programming
newsgroup, comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.

How to write an function which will be abble
to block popular hot keys
(e.g. Alt+Crtl+Del; Alt+F4; Alt+Tab; Crtl+Esc (start menu); Alt+space bar)
and win button (on windows keyboard)
