No, it's available May 18th.

Due to the limited run of 250,000, you may want to pre-order just in
case there are any delays at B&M shops, etc.

I've had these on pre-order since they were first offered last year. As
of Febuary, they hadn't lost my order yet

This is my most anticipated DVD of the year. I can't wait to look at all the
old WWII era animation.

I can't wait for people to get an eyeful of EDUCATION FOR DEATH: THE
MAKING OF A NAZI, easily one of the most disturbing things ever churned
out by Disney, this side of Disco Mickey.

It's too bad they don't make stuff like this now. Political correctness has
ruined a lot of stuff.

As long as we're juxtaposing Mickey and Bugs, thought "Herr Meets Hare"
handled the obligatory wartime "Lowbrow burlesque of Nazi Wagner
obsession" gag a little more smoothly of the two--
Walt's animators just didn't have it in 'em.

Derek Janssen (and both pale to "What's Opera, Doc?", but that was
peacetime)
